Repair Timeline
In-warranty devices repaired and returned within 4-5 days.
The Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased directly from Mantra Softech. MANTRA is not responsible for any warranty commitments made between Mantra's distributors and their end users.
Additional extended warranties are available and will be considered by Mantra's concerned team upon request. Contact your sales representative to discuss extended coverage options.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the device to Mantra. If breached warranty conditions are discovered upon inspection, repair costs become chargeable. For valid RMAs where the original reported problem persists, MANTRA covers shipping both ways.

The device is delivered to the repairing team from HO or store. Fault assessment typically takes 10-12 business days to complete.
Estimated repair costs are communicated for customer approval. If approved, repair proceeds. If not approved, the device is returned unrepaired.
After repair completion or customer rejection, the device is dispatched. Mantra bears dispatch cost if returned without repair.
Physically damaged goods: transportation charges only - no repair liability.

Branch or client fills the RMA form with Device Details, Warranty Status, and Reported Issue. Send completed form to servico@mantratec.com
HO assigns an RMA number and acknowledges receipt. Device is dispatched to the stores team for professional assessment and repair.
Stores notify HO upon repair completion. Dispatch team is alerted. Non-warranty devices are held until payment confirmation is received.
Customer is notified by HO/Dispatch team with courier docket details and shipment status updates until delivery.
