The ID Issuance framework and application facilitates the structure of an end ID Issuance application. It incorporates common ID Issuance activities such as master data sync, manual data entry or self-sufficient data entry practices, supervisor validation, biometrics deduplication, ID Issuance data packet formation, and transfer of packets to the server.
Get In TouchThe ID Issuance framework will support both offline and online modes of operation. An organization can build on its existing ID generation system, by verifying supporting documents/ID in both online and offline modes. Thus, if an organization has an existing ID system then a new service ID will be issued using the same ID.
A reference kiosk based applications or web-interface portal utilizing self data entry operation can be provided for self preenrolment by the users. This module manages the entire process of collecting user data at the ID issuance centres and generates a unique Service ID number. It processes the data submitted for ID issuance and validates the authenticity of information, process and person. It examines the data, image quality, data uniformity and so on.
The system, commonly known as Service ID generator continuously works at backend and generates Service ID for all the data packets. This generator is integrated with MABIS (Mantra Automated Biometric Identification System) to monitor biometric de-duplication and the demographic engine for checking the demographic data de-duplication.
MABIS is a fingerprint-based de-duplication engine, it has the facility to check multiple biometric data like Fingerprint / Face / IRIS or combination of all these to encourage de-duplication. With such functionality and features, fake identities will not be able to get registered in the system without validation or confirmation.
This module enables updating of the ID to reflect important professional or official events such as change of designation/departments/contractors and many more. It also allows corrections to remove data entry errors. The module provides multiple modes of updates (online, paper trail, and in person), with necessary checks and balances to prevent misuse and fraud. All updates require user authentication to ensure that the data of a particular user is accessible and that can be updated only by that user. All documents are validated to ensure accuracy of data. Even a user can update its biometric records in case of any requirement. Updating the biometric records requires having de-duplication with any one alternate biometric de-duplication and along with user/operator authentication.
