A Digital Twin is a real-time virtual replica of the entire port - including berths, yards, gates, rail, and waterfront - that mirrors live operational and security events. An Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) is the operational nerve centre of the port. It consolidates inputs from CCTV, access control, ANPR, gate systems, berth management, fire detection, and environmental sensors into one command environment. Operators manage incidents, coordinate with field teams and authorities, handle escalations, and review performance dashboards - all from one location. It replaces fragmented monitoring rooms with unified, real-time command capability.

Yes. Mantra's biometric access control covers all port personnel categories - dock workers, contractors, drivers, vessel crew, and administrative staff. The system supports fingerprint, face, and RFID-based authentication, centralised permit management, time-based access zoning, and full audit trails. This has been deployed at scale for 20,000+ personnel at multiple Indian port authorities.

Yes. The platform includes Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for vehicle identification at all entry and exit points, integrated with weighbridge automation for load-state capture, tamper detection, and lifecycle tracking from arrival through unloading to dispatch. This eliminates manual gate processing, reduces dwell time, and creates fully auditable vehicle movement logs.

The Environmental & Operational Safety layer monitors air quality, noise levels, marine pollution indicators, and oil spill detection in real time.
