  • The ticket will be generated and auto mail will be received in inbox and you can track form same ticket number.
  • The support team will reply within same ticket for support.
  • You can mail for software support , hardware support or RMA related queries.
  • After mail the team will take necessary action for support.

Software Support:

The team will mail or call you and take the remote connection for resolve issue. After each software support call cupport , the team will update regarding support log and set the status. If you will not happy or have query you can mail within same ticket or create new one.

Hardware Support:

You can mail your harware related query. The team will forward call to engineer. The engineer will call or tema will provide you the engineer contact details. You can track ticket number for the same – the team will update about the support also.

RMA Support:

The team will let you know the device status , repairing status and also notify the details as per query.
